DELIVERY TIMES
Most orders arrive within 6 to 12 business days of being placed. The stages below are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Please allow up to 20 business days in total before treating an order as delayed. Customs clearance and peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and Lunar New Year can add time.
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will resend it or refund you.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

| 2 · Checkout | Click 'Proceed to checkout' and enter your delivery details. Please check your address carefully — we cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched. |
| 3 · Review | Confirm your details. All shipping is free, so no delivery charge is added. |
| 4 · Payment | Choose your payment method. All payments are SSL encrypted. |
| 5 · Confirm | Click 'Complete order'. You will receive a confirmation email, and a tracking number once your order is dispatched. |
SHIPPING COSTS
We cover shipping on every order. All items are delivered door to door, completely free. There is no minimum order value, no regional surcharge, and no handling or insurance fee added at checkout.
TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to begin updating, and often shows no movement while a parcel is in international transit. This is normal.
If you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
Our items are shipped from our central warehouse in Asia.
Australia. No GST is added to your order. For goods with a customs value of A$1,000 or less, no GST or duty is payable when your parcel arrives. Where a consignment exceeds A$1,000, the Australian Border Force may charge GST, duty and processing fees at the border. These are payable by you as the importer.
New Zealand. No GST is added to your order. For goods valued at NZ$1,000 or less, no GST or duty is collected. Where a consignment exceeds NZ$1,000, New Zealand Customs may charge GST, duty and levies at the border. These are payable by you as the importer.
WHERE WE SHIP
All addresses in the Australian states, the ACT and the Northern Territory, and throughout New Zealand, including PO boxes and rural addresses. We do not ship to Australia's external territories, Tokelau, Niue or the Cook Islands.
