Cairns puts its pockets in matched pairs — two zips on the front, two slots on the sides — so the load sits evenly across your back instead of pulling to one side. It was drawn for riders, which is also why the rolltop cinches down rather than flapping.

A rolltop that earns its keep
Wax-treated cotton canvas with leather-look trim. Rolled down, the top seals against rain and the bag sits at 20 litres; rolled up, it takes a jacket or a helmet liner on the way home. The laptop sleeve is strapped rather than loose, so nothing shifts on the move.
